The kanji in his name mean War/Soldier and Tune.
Page 06, Ochimusha / 落ち武者
An ochimusha is a defeated soldier who flees from battle.
Page 07, Demon Cow (Ushi Oni) Corps, Negoro, Uwajima / うしおに軍団, 根来, 宇和島
Ushi Oni has the same kanji as Gyuuki. I wasn't sure exactly of the connection with Negoro and Uwajima, but there was a group of warrior monks called the Negoro-gumi, so these two are probably just other groups of youkai under Gyuuki. (Info lifted off Wiki.) If anyone has any suggestions, please contact me!

The kanji mean "destruction" and "army/troops/force".
